FAQs

Having a regularly updated record of the items you own, including receipts and images, makes the process of making an insurance claim very quick and easy. You can also get Asset Vault to send you reminders for items that need to regularly be updated or checked, such as vehicle WOF and registration, annual subscriptions and more.

Asset Vault is a web based app so it will only work for you when you have a internet connection. If you are recording assets in an area without internet, we suggest you gather the images of your items on your phone and then upload to Asset Vault when you have internet access.

You can store up to 5 images per asset. We do recommend reducing image size to a maximum of 1MB per image when you upload them.

No you don’t need to add your street address to your account. We understand our customers might feel more comfortable just adding a location for their items that makes sense to you, which doesn’t have to be your full address.

All of the information you upload to your Asset Vault account is protected by the highest level of data security, and is hosted via AWS.
